Today at the 2017 Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) held in Hamburg, Germany, we announced the future expansion of our Tacoma manufacturing facility.

 

Developed on current and newly purchased property, the new factory floor will nearly double from 49,000 sq. ft. currently to approximately 94,000 sq. ft. The facility will be fully operational by late 2019. This represents a total estimated investment of $5 to $7 million that will create up to 100 new jobs in our region over the next five years.

 

The new facility will allow us to expand our plastics press range, broaden our secondary operations, and install a state-of-the-art vertical paint system leading to shorter lead times, enhanced quality, and better cost control for our aerospace OEM and tier-one supplier customers.
