DEMGY Group, a global leader in high value-added plastics processing solutions, has recently expanded its presence in the U.S. with the acquisition of TOOL-GAUGE, a key supplier to the aerospace industry.

On March 31st, DEMGY Group acquired TOOL-GAUGE, a manufacturer of plastic cabin interior parts and a major Tier 1 supplier to Boeing. This acquisition strengthens DEMGY Group’s international leadership in high value-added plastics processing solutions for the aerospace industry.

With this acquisition, DEMGY Group becomes a Tier 1 supplier to Boeing and Airbus, and a Tier 2 supplier to all aerospace equipment manufacturers. TOOL-GAUGE, to be renamed DEMGY Pacific, brings essential industrial know-how in plastic injection molding and the machining of high-performance materials.

With DEMGY Pacific, DEMGY Group will strengthen its position in the U.S., particularly in Washington state, with two workshops dedicated to injection molding of high-performance polymers for cabin interior parts and metal machining for aircraft spare parts. This acquisition will enable DEMGY Group to deploy its cutting-edge technological solutions on a much larger scale.
